Fireplace Room 227 is both old and all new inside with a bedroom, a bathroom with new tile shower and a small wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. There is a river rock gas fireplace in front of the Queen-size bed. This small bedroom enjoys a small sitting room (formerly the office) as an entry room with a table and chairs. Has a window air conditioner.

Pilots take note: The Aviator Room is filled with memorabilia from our flying uncles who fought in World War II. Park your plane at Big Bear Airport and walk over to this great Fireplace Double Room, unit 228. It is a large combination bedroom/family room and a bathroom with new tile shower. There is an Oak Gas Log Fireplace in front of the Queen-size pillow-top bed and a Full-size Murphy bed and a love seat, as well as a TV and DVD above the fireplace. You can sleep 4 adults or kids (Only 4). There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Read about Uncle Herb who flew a C-47 over the Hump in Burma to China, and Uncle Leroy who piloted a B-17 Flying Fortress over Europe. Has a window air conditioner.
